Fannie Mae v Brevick WA Judge Voids Trustee's Deed

6/13/14-- Snohomish County Superior Court-- post UD trial not involving quiet title, denied the Beneficiary/purchaser possession, statutory costs/legal fees awarded to homeowner. Judge found assignment of beneficial interest via MERS invalid because MERS never held the note; and even if it did, it had already conveyed it to Wells Fargo?
